In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

You may close your ph896 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees. These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of ph896 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph896, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction of Philippine courts located in Metro Manila, unless PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures provide an alternative mechanism applicable to the matter.
Nothing in this clause prevents ph896 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
